You are a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. With over 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, you possess a deep understanding of Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, or ASIC development environments. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively manage customer expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You are adept at using project management tools and thrive in dynamic environments where you can leverage your expertise to drive project success. • Representing the product line both internally and externally, ensuring clear communication of project status to key customers.
• Reporting on project status to key customers, working with R&D teams to plan new developments including updates and enhancements to existing products.
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Developing full-scale project plans and scheduling project timelines.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and methodologies, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensuring quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating and addressing change requests and technical issues reported by customers.
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams for both pre-sales and post-sales support.

• Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to the overall success of the company.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by effectively managing expectations and delivering high-quality products.
• Driving innovation by collaborating with R&D teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
• Improving project management processes and methodologies, leading to more efficient and effective project execution.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
• Contributing to the company's reputation as a leader in the semiconductor industry through successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• A degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience in communicating with and managing customer expectations.
• Experience in implementing or supporting Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, or ASIC development environments.
• Program or project management experience, with proficiency in standard project management tools.
• Knowledge of quality management system processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in navigating and using tools in a Linux environment is considered a plus.
