The opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Senior Customer Experience Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Cold Chain Logistics Integrated Customer Experience, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 3PL accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Utilize all communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to support customers in your portfolio. Educate customers on using Maersk systems for self-service.

  • Customer Meetings: Participate actively in customer meetings, including virtual calls, calls with commercial partners, and face-to-face meetings when necessary.

  • Business Acumen Development: Gain a deep understanding of each customer's business and develop solutions to support their supply chain.

  • Value Product Sales: Promote and sell additional value products to enhance the integrated service model offered to customers.

  • Asset Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of Maersk-owned assets to support reefer customers effectively.

  • Account Backup: Provide backup support to team members' accounts during absences, ensuring consistent service quality.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all CCL teams to improve overall organizational performance.

  • Internal Networking: Establish a robust internal network across Maersk to facilitate assistance for customers.

We are looking for:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent 4 years of experience in the transportation/customer service industry.

  • Preferred: Cold chain management and/or supply chain management experience.

  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across various levels of the organization.

  • Customer Centricity: Proven customer focus with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, driven by results, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills necessary for success in this role.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Growth Mindset: Eager to expand business knowledge and drive personal career growth within the organization.

Pay Range: $65,100 - $80,100 USD*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
