Description
Facilities Manager The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining building operations by identifying environmental, operational, and occupational concerns; completing and controlling maintenance functions; ensuring equipment operation; maintaining building supplies; maintaining federal, state, and local building compliance; and preparing building maintenance reports. This position is vital to Modern Aviation's base tenants, customers, and employees. The results of efforts dedicated to our facilities will often be the first and last impression received by our customers. The order, cleanliness and functionality of the locations constantly speak to the highest level of safety and service that our clientele has come to expect. Essential Functions:

Travel: This position requires no travel. Physical Requirements:Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. Regularly lift and/or move up to50pounds.
