Cape Fox Mission Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to support a government customer. Join the Cape Fox team! This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:$130,000 - $145,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.

Duties and responsibilities include:



  • Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)


  • Define system architecture and integration patterns (APIs, middleware)


  • Create data models, security models, and technical standards


  • Guide developers and admins on implementation aligned with business goals


  • Conduct code reviews and ensure platform best practices


  • Collaborate on enterprise architecture and governance strategy


  • Release lifecycle coordination


  • Risk management and stakeholder communication


  • Process automation and optimization


  • Platform updates and deployment governance


  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions


  • Defining architecture standards, governance, and technical roadmaps


  • Advising on platform capabilities, data strategy, and system integrations


  • Leading technical teams during complex multi-cloud or enterprise deployments\
