Crescent Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to manage the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Symphony Park and Element by Westin Symphony Park in Las Vegas.

We are looking for our next great team member to lead our Front Office team. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Front Office Manager oversees the Front Office Operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with Corporate/Franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. You will manage the Front Office Team to include training, coaching and provide support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate's performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Does this sound like you?

You have a passion for our industry set high expectations for customer service. You have at least 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a Hotel, excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, you are excellent at resolving challenges and dedicated to providing excellent service to our guest. Marriott experience strongly preferred.
