Role: *Business Analyst (ERP-Enterprise Resource Planning) (PART-TIME)*
Length: *1-Year* Location:* Baytown, TX (Hybrid)* Hours: *PART-TIME (20/HR PER WEEK)* Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new organization-wide ERP system. This is a part-time role* (approximately 20 hours per week)*, with the potential for increased hours during critical phases of the implementation. The client is transitioning to a modern, cloud-based ERP solution to streamline financial, purchasing, payments, user interface, and other operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse departments. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with multiple departments to gather and define business needs and technical specifications for the new ERP system. * Ensure the ERP solution aligns with the requirements of all stakeholders. * Provide subject matter expertise in ERP system implementation, integration, and optimization. *Minimum Requirements:* * Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience developing business requirements and technical specifications across a broad range of departments. * Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in large, complex organizational environments. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience: At least 1 year of experience implementing a cloud-based ERP solution in a similar organizational setting. * ERP Knowledge: Prior experience with PeopleSoft is highly preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
