Burns is currently seeking a licensed Project Manager to join our Railroad & Transit team in Washington, D.C. SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced licensed engineer who can serve as a Project Manager for a transit authority in a staff augmentation role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of transit infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with authority personnel, consultants, and multiple contractors. This individual will ensure strict adherence to project schedules, specifications, safety regulations, and performance commitments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
