To better serve our customers, we are growing our team. As a Service and Site Manager, you are responsible for coordinating field service jobs by preparing service quotes, planning field service, processing service orders and you will have site lead responsibility for maintenance, safety and quality of the Holliston facility.
You will report to the Operations Manager and be located in the Holliston, Massachusetts office.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepares quotes, processes service orders, and maintains customer records
- Maintains and updates delivery schedule of parts and jobs
- Submits and follows up on all pump manual modifications with the documentation department
- Ensures all billing, expenses and service documents are processed in a priority manner.
- Assists in determining and resolving customer complaints, expediting corrective actions and completing all ISO forms per policy
- Directs the daily activities of field service technicians and performs management responsibilities such as goal setting, performance reviews, training, etc..
- Performs inventory management related tasks including verifying repair order completeness and updating delivery dates based on parts arrival
- Ensures a positive, safe, and productive work environment for all employees at the location. Escalates or addresses any issues or concerns that may affect team morale and productivity.
- Oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the facility, ensuring that it remains clean, organized, and functional for day-to-day operations.
- Ensures compliance with safety protocols and guidelines for visitors and employees in the office and shop areas.
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Required Experience & Knowledge:
- High School Diploma and at least three years experience in a servicerole in a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Experience managing employees.
- Experience planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office computer applications: MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Integrated ERP System knowledge, SAP is preferable
- Ability to attend technical training in Germany.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Ability to prioritize and make self-directed decisions, multi-task, and manage a team's daily activities
- Must be able to use discretion and work through problems as they arise with customers
