Legacy of Farmington, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team.

Legacy of Farmington Senior Living is a beautiful community located in Farmington, located right off Denmark Ave. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts: Full-Time Opening (30 hours at Legacy of Farmington and 10 hours at Boden of Apple Valley)
Wage: $23-$25/Hourly

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:


  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in health care is preferred.
