Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/yr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Senior Accountant responsibilities:



  • Maintain accurate financial records by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
  • Prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses.
  • Lead and manage the month-end close process.
  • Review, train, and mentor Staff Accountants to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and distribute financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data and create variance and trend analysis reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responses.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable financial regulations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and internal control policies.




Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing/logistics/warehouse preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required (CPA preferred or a plus).
