Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Pay: $34/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and input data in HR systems such as ADP, Concur, and eTime, ensuring payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to users and managers on the eTime system.
  • Track and follow up on corrective actions and attendance points to ensure policy compliance.
  • Handle California-specific legal reporting including rest break penalties and day of rest waivers.
  • Manage I-9 processing, terminations, final pay coordination, and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and attendance.
  • Update time and attendance records in ADP, including wage rates and punch corrections.
  • Coordinate HR administrative functions including supply purchasing and document uploads.
  • Lead and support HR programs, employee recognition events, and training activities.
  • Prepare and manage new hire orientation, onboarding plans, and system tracking of completion.




Qualified candidates will have two years of HR and recruiting experience.
