The
Manager, Process Improvement - Business Process Outsource (BPO) Record-to-Report
(R2R) is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement within the R2R, Blackline and Chart of Accounts Governance Continuous Process Improvement team and serves as a partner by engaging business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance for outsourced functions of the R2R process.
This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of R2R outsourced activities for the Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) for all solution groups, including Retail, Mobility and Inventory Solutions. The Record to Report scope includes Journal Entries, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Project Maintenance and Reporting. This position will focus on process optimization, driving efficiency and automation for processes and tasks that have been outsourced, partnering with our outsource partners and driving projects to bring down costs across Cox Automotive Accounting functions. This position will lead key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Record to Report BPO function. This position will also help to meet Cox Automotive's strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources. USD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
