Cox Automotive is looking for a passionate, detail-enthusiast who loves working collaboratively to solve challenges and lead the execution of detailed projects. This role will support the Autotrader team, which is part of the Retail organization, with Client Sales Enablement and Retention efforts and reports to the Product Marketing Manager. The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for sales enablement activities to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new dealers through sales enablement and support. This is a highly collaborative role, and the Marketing Specialist II works lockstep with Product, Sales, Sales Strategy, Operations, Analytics, and external marketing agency teams to implement plans that effectively enable sales, support dealer retention efforts, and align brand campaigns. This position has a hybrid schedule and is expected to be in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays with the ability to work remotely for the remainder of the week. What You'll Do

USD 59,600.00 - 89,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
