Summary

This key position supports delivering Quality to the entire organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the CAE USA Process Asset Libraries by improving, releasing, and canceling processes and supporting the Quality Management Systems team in accordance with corporate strategies and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as initial point of contact for process new documents, changes, releases, and cancellation requests.

  • Ensures proper completion of new, change, release, and cancellation requests.

  • Maintain document revisions and releases process documents

  • Checks process document submittals for adherence to required templates.

  • Maintains the Master Document List.

  • Follows and assigns document numbering conventions to new process documents using the required naming convention guidelines.

  • Follows guidelines for tracking change histories.

  • Monitors workflow from submittal to publishing, notification, and closure.

  • Maintains PAL-Admin templates, tools, work instructions, and processes, and completes an annual review of these tools.

  • Maintains the list of business process owners for each organizational function.

  • Maintains PAL-Admin change control records (PCRs, final documents, Approvals).

  • Provides overall process guidance and education to users of the PAL change process.

  • Supports CAE USA harmonization efforts

  • Provides administrative support during Internal and External Audits

  • Supports the Quality Management System as required

  • Capture, Maintain and Report PAL metrics

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio, Teams,SharePoint)

  • Experience applying administrative and organized approaches to unstructured situations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience conducting meetings and making presentations to executive leadership, management, and colleagues in person and virtually.

  • Experience using metrics to measure data and performance.

  • Must exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency, attention to detail and energetic approach to job duties and requirements to complete work in a timely manner

  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Security Responsibilities

Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones & photocopiers.

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time

  • Focused visual concentration or focused listening

  • Work is performed in a controlled environment with almost no exposure to disagreeable environmental conditions
