Overview
The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy and Pricing is a member of the Corporate Development and Strategy team at Cotiviti. This person will be responsible for running Cotiviti's annual strategic planning process, leading various strategy initiatives to drive growth and enhance Cotiviti's competitive position, and implementing new pricing models and market-driven pricing activities across the product portfolio. This person will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and communicate progress and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage the company's annual strategy process by setting calendar, creating outputs and templates, leading key meetings and conducting strategic analysis
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance Cotiviti's competitive positioning, including new market analysis, product launch support, and portfolio review
- Coordinate company's annual strategic summit
- Support the creation of executive communications related to strategy and strategic pricing
- Support strategic diligence of acquisition and partnership opportunities
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, GTM, and BU to inform new product pricing requirements, and to ensure methodical roll-out of new pricing models
- Leverage a wide variety of strategic pricing research methodologies, including but not limited to conjoint analysis, Van Westerndorp price sensitivity analysis, and Garbor-Granger pricing methodologies to ensure analytical confidence in proposed pricing models and levels
- Proactively mine external resources for emerging markets and competitive insights to guide product and pricing development
- Analyze new sales and renewals trends to understand buyer price sensitivity, buying factors, and pricing execution, including win/loss analysis, discount trends, etc.
- Systematically maintain pricing and strategy "hygiene" content and tools such as company pricebook, pricing contract terms, pricing reporting, emerging market insight syntheses, market trend updates, competitor profiles, etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related experience, required.
- 5-7+ years total experience, including experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, In-House Corporate Strategy, and/or Pricing
- Experience with financial modeling and analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data and concepts to support executive-level communications
Desired Qualifications
- Undergraduate concentration in one of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related degree is desired
- Healthcare experience preferred, particularly in the payor environment
- MBA, MPH, or MHA welcomed, but not required

Base compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
