DataBank's Compensation Manager is a key member of the HR team who ensures that employees receive fair compensation in accordance with all laws and regulations. This position is responsible for creating a competitive pay structure that matches the company's strategic goals.

Some key Compensation Manager job duties include:

Responsibilities:

* Creating and managing a companywide compensation program that establishes pay grades and criteria for raises.

* Provide deep data analytics and insights to inform compensation strategy and decision-making.

* Partner with HR and business leaders to design competitive, scalable compensation solutions that support talent acquisition, retention, and business goals.

* Manage benchmarking projects/job evaluations, and analyze market salary information to assess salary ranges, and programs remain competitive.

* Evaluate and update job architecture, leveling, and salary structures based on business needs and market trends.

* Research market trends to evaluate the competitiveness of salaries.

* Reviewing, evaluating, and revising compensation programs regularly.

* Partner in identifying new compensation/benefit programs.

* Manage merit increase and advise managers about matters related to pay and benefits.

* Aligning compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5+ years within HR department in Compensation, preferably in a multi-site, national representation

* Prior experience in aligning company culture, values, and internal/external HR support partnering cross-functionally

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high-level Excel skills

* Written and verbal English Language skills

* Needs strong change management, analytical skills, operational partnership skills, teambuilding, relationship orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment

* Familiar with Colocation or High-tech industry a plus

* CCP certification Preferred
