Responsibilities
Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, PA, opening in late fall 2025, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC. Hanover Hill Behavioral Health combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents. The Recruiter is responsible for the planning and organizing recruitment, selection, and strategies for the hospital. This position will serve as a vital member of the HR Department and maintain a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospital's strategic vision. Will be responsible for contributing to marketing efforts to best suit the needs of the hospital's departments. Participating in community events, job fairs, and career expos to drive application volume. Job Duties:
