Creative Services Team
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, California. Summary
This role supports the Creative Services Team by maintaining and optimizing a large archive of photography and video assets. The Photo Archivist will play a key role in developing workflows and systems that make content accessible to cross-functional teams, enabling high-quality creative production at scale. Our Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of experience in photo asset management or digital archiving
Passion for visual storytelling with a strong foundation in metadata standards, digital asset workflows, and documentation
Proficient in Capture One, DAM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, WorkFront, Wrike)
Familiar with tethered capture workflows, metadata presets, and quality control for creative assets
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and engineering
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

In this role, you will serve as the primary steward of the team's digital image and video archive.
You'll partner with the photography team and other stakeholders to develop workflows, ingest and organize content, and ensure accessibility across platforms. This includes managing metadata, overseeing asset quality control, testing new tools, and documenting archival best practices.
You will also create infrastructure that supports long-term scalability, contribute to process improvements, and ensure the efficient retrieval and use of creative content, supporting the Creative Services Team's overall success and productivity. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Photography, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital archiving, photo editing, creative production, or asset management
Familiarity with standards for color management, digital workflows, and structural hierarchies Additional Requirements

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $42.00 - $47.00 per hour
