Licensed Master Social Worker (000553)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team. The successful candidate will hold a valid LMSW license issued by NYSED, with primary source verification required.

Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED, Primary Source Verification required.

• Hospital experience required; will provide discharge planning and consultation/input during the triage/evaluation process.
• 1 year of LMSW experience.

• LMSW must have hospital experience.
• Schedule is rotating shifts any day of the week between 8am-10pm.
• Option for 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Weekends are required and will be required to work 5 days per week.
• Will be working in the Adult Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (Psych ED).
• Will provide discharge planning to all patients being treated and released after evaluation.
• Will provide consultation/input during the triage/evaluation process for patients presenting with complex needs and circumstances.
