As a Procurement Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing departmental and cross-functional projects. You'll manage project deliverables, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain organized systems for document control. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and finalizing contracts, drafting professional communications, and supporting sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist with the planning and execution of departmental and cross-functional initiatives and projects, including creating project plans, task lists, and following-up on action items.
  • Track and help manage projects and deliverables, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Review, edit, and finalize contracts and Master Services Agreements documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting.
  • Draft, edit, and format board-level communications, memos, and reports with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Maintain organized systems for document control, versioning, filing through Microsoft Teams and other systems.


Projects



  • Support sourcing activities or projects, inquiries, negotiations, supplier follow-up, etc. as assigned and directed by manager.


Sourcing



  • Support analysis and data entry for various procurement projects.
  • Assists with the administration of RFP / RFQ / RFI.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Superior critical thinking skills and ability to structure analyses to solve poorly defined problems.
  • Solid communication, problem-solving, and research abilities are necessary.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.



Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000
