HR Advisor (Hybrid - Acton, MA)

Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

~6 month contract role

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Advisor to join our team. In this key support role, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to manage talent data, create clear and effective communications, and deliver actionable insights. This hybrid position requires onsite presence in our Acton, MA office three days a week, offering the flexibility of remote work for the remainder.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect and distribute performance, compensation, and talent data to support HRBPs in key annual processes and special projects.
  • Cross-reference HR data and reconcile discrepancies to respond to internal inquiries.
  • Draft clear, concise communications for HRBPs to share with managers and employees.
  • Advise on internal transfers and collaborate on role leveling and salary benchmarks.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on promotions, reviews, headcount, turnover, requisitions, and L&D metrics.
  • Support HRBPs with the creation of presentations for leadership and town halls.
  • Maintain accuracy in organizational charts and Workday position data.
  • Provide compensation guidance to Talent Acquisition as directed by HRBPs.
  • Assist in coordinating immigration or relocation efforts.
  • Help implement engagement survey actions, including report analysis and organizing follow-up activities.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with strengths in data management and communication.
  • Proficient in HR systems, especially Workday (required).
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
