SUMMARY Implement, upgrade, document, and support assigned software applications and assist with further development of applications. This position is responsible for serving as the primary contact between the vendor and IT Operations staff and will work with management, project teams, and system engineers to regularly resolve outstanding issues and complete routine to complex tasks and project deliverables. OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to remain objective and professional in times of conflict. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers. and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, and talk, and listen or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
