This position will be based Remote/hybrid based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and maintain applications within cloud environments and on site.
• Create unique innovative solutions that solve customers' unique challenges.
• Develop and maintain new workflows and templates within the suite of services.
• Assess current configuration against Industry best practices and validate or enhance as needed.
• Enhance pre-existing content and create new content solutions.
• Build integrations with other applications leveraging an API.
• Deep dive into existing functionality and create guides on processes.
• Support existing customers (both internal and external) with issue regression testing and solutioning.
• Perform demonstrations of product suite and provide recommendations for solutions and enhancements.
• Support the operations of the Xacta SaaS environment.
• Create technical documentation, including processes, procedures, architectural diagrams, user guides, etc.
• Support the security posture of the Xacta SaaS environment following industry standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required.
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Knowledge and understanding of programming languages such as python, sql, java, and html.
• Proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and nom-technical audiences.
• Ability to pivot, and quickly respond and prioritize requirements and assignments.

The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
