Description:
* Ensure employees' data concerns are addressed and resolved timely to include, but are not limited to:
Re-setting of passwords
Entering workflows
Temp Pay forms
Adders - Adding and removing to UKG earnings
Assisting in submitting necessary IT tickets
* Runs reports and provides program data to leadership to include, but not limited to: Earnings Report
Pre-Check Detail
Adder Reports
Seniority Rosters
* Prepares scheduled and ad hoc reports, including CDRL, manning, and charge code reports, for Corporate functional areas, such as Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Procurement, and Business Development.
* Manually and electronically correlates data from multiple locations, personnel, databases, and programs.
* Manually or electronically produces or distributes information or data in support of the program.
* Assists in onboarding new hires, transfers, and new hire orientation and supports site processing needs.
* Assists with scheduling physicals, hearing tests, and administering drug screens.
* Works closely with business advisories and PMO staff to provide program-specific transactional support.
* Assists in creating and / or distributing out-processing paperwork for terminating employees.
* Guide employees to leave management team and collaborate with the leave management team, as needed.
* Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Working Environment
Must be able to meet the program shift schedules. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work). The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.

* High School Diploma
Experience:
* 0-3 Years experience in clerical functions.
* General knowledge of personnel clerical tasks, including working within timesheets, reporting, and human capital systems.
Preferred:
* Experience in defense contracting.

* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Excellent public speaking, training, and email writing skills
* Proficient with personal computers required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
* Proficient in EXCEL, to include pivot tables and formulas
