Summary: Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to advance the Foundation's goals. * Collaborate with the Foundation Team to align marketing efforts with fundraising and donor engagement objectives. * Conduct market research and stay updated on healthcare industry trends to inform strategy. 2. Content Creation: * Create engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print material. * Write and edit press releases, articles, and stories that highlight the impact of the Foundation's work. * Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging. * Create graphics for minor events and campaigns that align with brand standards. 3. Digital Marketing: * Oversee the Foundation's digital presence, including the website and social media channels. * Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote events, fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement. * Monitor website analytics and social media insights to access the effectiveness of digital efforts. 4. Donor Engagement: * Work closely with the Foundation Team to create donor-focused communications and stewardship materials. * Support donor recognition efforts and develop personalized donor stories. * Ensure transparency in reporting on the use of funds and impact achieved. 5. Event Management: * Organizes marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing materials. * Work closely with volunteer committees to create excitement and engagement for our events. 6. Collaboration and Team Leadership: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Foundation to achieve shared goals. * Supervise marketing and communication staff or contractors, if applicable. Other information: Qualifications: Required * Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages. * Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, social medial management, and email marketing. * Knowledge of media relations and event planning. * Familiarity with donor engagement and stewardship principles. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Preferred * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications public relations, or a related field; preferred but not required.
