We are seeking a Data Product Senior Manager to lead the strategy, development, and operationalization of predictive analytics products that drive revenue growth, improve customer retention, and enable proactive selling. This role focuses on translating large-scale, cross-functional data into actionable insights and tools for sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.


Responsibilities

1. Predictive Strategy & Business Alignment
  • Define and execute the predictive analytics roadmap aligned to business goals across Sales, Product, Services, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Champion the use of AI and predictive models to identify cross-sell, upsell, new logo, and longtail growth opportunities.

2. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, product analysts, and solution architects.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing leaders to ensure predictive insights are embedded into their workflows and strategy.

  • Influence executive decision-making by delivering clear, actionable intelligence.

3. Data Product Development & Integration
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data products that deliver insights through platforms like Salesforce.

  • Ensure products are scalable, actionable, and tightly integrated with existing sales and business processes.

4. Risk Mitigation & Retention Enablement
  • Drive initiatives to identify and mitigate customer churn and renewal risk through predictive insights.

  • Enable Sales teams with proactive intelligence across the entire customer journey to improve retention outcomes.

5. Innovation & Future Capabilities
  • Identify new use cases for predictive modeling, including competitive intelligence, market trend forecasting, and revenue scenario planning.

  • Continuously evaluate external trends and internal readiness to expand predictive capabilities.

Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data product management, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated success in leading predictive modeling or AI initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

  • Strong business acumen with experience aligning data strategy to revenue, customer, and product goals.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with or overseeing teams using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, or advanced analytics platforms.

  • Background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise sales environments.
