Summary Responsible for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems. Also responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets and cleaning data to correct problems. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Writes and runs basic queries. -Assists in maintaining existing reporting systems. -Contributes to presentations to key stakeholders. -Works with senior analysts to design, maintain and distribute reports. -Learn best practice analysis methodologies. Education Bachelor's Degree Analytics required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Data Analysis Experience 0-1 year preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Building proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods. - Solid analytical and organizational skills. - Strong communication skills both written and oral. - Strong time management and project management skills. - Ability to exercise sound judgments to make decisions within scope of job responsibilities. - Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database PC applications.
