Summary
Responsible for generating insightful reports, identifying trends, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the hospital's HR operations and support decision-making in order to optimize workforce planning, talent management, and overall employee satisfaction.
Essential Functions
-Gather, validate, and maintain human resources data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations.
-Develop and maintain regular HR reports and interactive dashboards to provide HR metrics to hospital management and key stakeholders.
-Present findings in a clear and concise manner.
-Collaborate with HR recruiters to improve the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, and selection strategies.
-Participate in salary surveys, analyze compensation data, and benchmark the hospital's compensation packages to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
-Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including setting goals, tracking performance, and providing data for performance evaluations.
-Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with legal requirements and hospital regulations.
-Identify training needs, assist in developing training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to support employee growth and development.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience

  • Human Resources Experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • - Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • - Proficiency in HR data analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or other statistical software.
  • - Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner.
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
