Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Power Platform/D365 Developer to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Job Responsibilities
As a Microsoft Power Platform/D365 Developer, you will:


  • Lead the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VA's enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and support the program.

  • Participate actively in the enterprise Microsoft Power Platform program to help guide the roadmap and solve program model gaps.

  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other necessary setup options.

  • Maintain the integrity of services coordinated with our cloud environments.

  • Provide hands-on technical expertise to craft and implement Power Platform/D365 based solutions.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent client interaction and solution delivery.

  • Train and support end users in using the Microsoft Power Platform application and address a blocking issue.


Required Qualifications


  • Must be able to acquire a government security clearance.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical field, OR a minimum of 8 years equivalent work experience.

  • 8+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or D365 Platform administration experience.

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or D365 Development experience.

  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on multi-functional teams.

  • Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, and problem-solving.


Desired Qualifications


  • Preferred Certifications or willingness to acquire:

  • PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals

  • PL-100 - Power Platform App Maker

  • PL-400 - Power Platform Developer

  • PL-200 - Power Platform Functional Consultant

  • PL/MB-600 - Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect

  • MB-901 - Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
