Hours and Pay:

Shift: Day shift, 4 days in-office

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $55,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage 1-3 direct reports with effective leadership and clear communication.
  • Oversee and contribute to the production of Revit documentation, coordinating and reviewing new construction and renovation projects across multiple typologies.
  • Independently produce and review drawings and designs to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members, external consultants, and contractors to drive project delivery and maintain quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in producing and coordinating construction documents, including planning, detailing, and construction administration.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. construction techniques, standards, and design details.
  • Knowledgeable in the application of building codes and compliance regulations.
  • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM360 experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills-visual, oral, and written.
