Key Responsibilities

  • Supports hiring managers with OSW positions created in Fieldglass for temp labor staffing needs.
  • Quality intake review with the hiring manager
  • Review requisitions submitted in Fieldglass and release to approved staffing suppliers
  • Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews and offers completed by hiring manager
  • Provide support to hiring managers and suppliers as needed for questions and other follow-up.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and suppliers to support the customer's OSW needs
  • Key relationships built with Business Services Team, Hiring Managers, Systems Team, Internal S&P stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement on process and cycle time to provide a positive OSW temp labor experience
  • Deliverables completed on time with accuracy
  • Exceed Internal customer satisfaction targets

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills

  • 2 - 3 years ofstaffing experience
  • Experience usingFieldglass or other VMS tool highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized / Attention to detail
  • Experienced in cross-functional communication skills, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Influence without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to execute to timelines
  • Driven, hard worker with acute attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$68,400 - $114,000
