We are seeking an experienced Technology Architect to lead and drive innovation across key technology pillars of the organization. This role is critical for ensuring system alignment, scalability, and optimization across various domains such as Security, Network, Application Development, Data & Analytics, Database, and Integration Middleware.

This position requires a leader who can work with the solution architects and project teams while providing technical direction and strategic guidance and is responsible for defining the organization's technology roadmap, ensuring the architecture supports scalability and efficiency, and fostering innovation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience leading licensing frameworks for major technology providers like Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM and will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing enterprise-wide technology strategies that align with business objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide Technical Leadership

    • Build, mentor, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

    • Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration across integration, data, security, application, and reporting domains to deliver cohesive and scalable enterprise solutions.

  • Direct Enterprise Technology Architecture

    • Develop and maintain enterprise technology architecture strategies and frameworks that align with business goals and promote innovation.

    • Establish and enforce principles, standards, and governance models to ensure architectural consistency across applications, platforms, and systems.

    • Create 3-5-year technology roadmaps that are aligned with strategic business initiatives, ensuring a balance between innovation, scalability, and sustainability.

  • Apply Development Experience

    • Provide guidance on development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps), tools, and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality software delivery.

    • Oversee technical decision-making and architectural alignment during the software development lifecycle.

  • Guide Licensing Expertise and Vendor Management

    • Provide strategic oversight and operational management of licensing frameworks for key vendors like Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize licensing agreements, usage, and costs, while mitigating risks related to non-compliance or over-provisioning.

  • Steer Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and other partners to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and organizational priorities.

    • Act as the primary advisor on architectural strategies and solutions, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business goals.

    • Facilitate discussions to communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, risks, and opportunities, providing transparency and clarity to collaborators at all levels.

  • Lead Best Practices

    • Leverage industry trends and brand-new technologies to design and implement innovative solutions that align with the organization's enterprise service strategy.

    • Drive the adoption of frameworks and methodologies that enhance organizational maturity across architecture and development disciplines.

  • Lead Performance Monitoring

    • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of architecture adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact.

    • Use data-driven insights to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making

  • Deliver Training and Support

    • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and technical resources to empower internal teams and customers.

    • Ensure comprehensive documentation is available to support the effective use and adoption of technical solutions.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experiencein enterprise architecture, technology architecture, and application development across multiple technology domains.

  • Proven experience as a Development Lead, with hands-on expertise in managing development teams and delivering complex, enterprise-grade software solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability tobuild, lead, and mentor teams of technology architectsand developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Demonstrated experience inbuilding and leading teams of technology architects, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic outcomes.

  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft, and IBM licensing frameworks, including experience in negotiations, compliance auditing, and cost optimization strategies.

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions across key areas such asSecurity, Infrastructure, Networks, End-User Computing, Automation, and Data & Analytics.

  • Strong understanding ofcloud architecture,integration middleware,field device integration, andDevOps principles.

  • Experience withenterprise architecture frameworkssuch asTOGAF, Zachman, or similar methodologies, with the ability to align architecture strategies with business objectives.

  • Expertise indata architecture, including data storage, ingestion, distribution, metadata modeling, and master data management.

  • Knowledge ofmonitoring, logging, and alerting frameworksto ensure system reliability and performance

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Less than 5% of travel is required. Valid passport is required.
