This role will be focused on supporting project integration activities for new lines of business and the role will transition to operational support at the conclusion of the project. As a member of Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management (MRM) team, this position will act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and TIS to understand strategic objectives, support capability & technology roadmap planning, and deliver high technology enablement programs by partnering with internal resources and strategic vendors to drive outcomes and enable solutions in collaboration with our stakeholders. This role will support the Business Relationship Managers in strategy and management of assigned stakeholders and programs and is responsible for leveraging the TIS project management methodology for program/project management and continuous business improvement If you have 2+ years' experience in IT Processes and Business Management experience, we would love to hear from you! Apply now! What You Will Do:
Participate in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems projects portfolio to ensure scope, development of technical solutions align to business requirements, testing and quality of the solution delivers the intended business outcomes Prepare and implement unit testing scripts according to established project guidelines Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. As required, support activities including being engaged in cross functional program teams, internal and external technical partners, vendors, and consultants. Balance multiple scopes of work against strategy and timelines to meet project requirements and collaborate with and oversee delivery parties and partnerships (project managers, business analysts, solution architects, Business SMEs, vendors, contractors, and consultants) during all phases of the portfolio management lifecycle from delivery to committed results. Visualize, anticipate and plan for possible future scenarios, risks, and business needs. Prepare and distribute status reporting of the program and the corresponding projects. Participate, coordinate, and facilitate the development of Finance Technology Roadmaps and Long-Range Planning activities. Assist enterprise planning by ensuring the projects within a program complement build off one another to achieve a larger, long-term business objective and drives strategic benefits and organizational growth. Foster and develop strategic partnerships within Finance and TIS to be a trusted advisor and advocate of business interests. Engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization to determine business needs and develop solutions that improve business efficiencies and/or reduce costs. Address sensitive issues with stakeholders to mitigate ongoing issues and concerns
Who You Are:
Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Management Systems, or related discipline (equivalencies accepted). 2+ years of progressive experience and support in ETRM or enterprise applications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a medium to large organization with exposure to a broad range of technical, strategic and functional roles while working directly with clients or customers with a delivery and relationship focus. Aptitude and communications skills related to leading and acting independently. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that business stakeholders understand. Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence, and leadership skills. PMP or other formal project management accreditation is an asset Demonstrated ability to learn and be innovative and the ability to initiate and manage change.
