Start: 06/01/2025 - 12/31/2025 (potential perm) Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What You Will Be Doing: Work in an enhanced behavioral residential support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities. Create, train, and supervise applied behavior analytic (ABA) services in Enhanced Behavior Support Homes (EBSH) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Facilitate functional behavioral assessments (FBA) Assist with implementing individualized program plans for residents including but not limited to daily schedules and activities at the residence and in the community. Provide monthly supervision to RBT staff in accordance with compliance standards and requirements set by the BACB. Design, maintain, and implement the individualized behavior support plan (IBSP) based on the FBA report. Provide ongoing training on behavior supports and strategies in the IBSP Collect and analyze behavior data defined in the IBSP Conduct fidelity checklists of interventions and services Collaborate with all team members, service providers and members of the resident. Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Master's degree CA Licensed BCBA Professional Experience with IDD population post BCBA certification Two (2) years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses. Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills. Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
