temp to perm opportunity in Redding, CA.
Start: 06/01/2025 - 12/31/2025 (potential perm)
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work in an enhanced behavioral residential support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities.
  • Create, train, and supervise applied behavior analytic (ABA) services in Enhanced Behavior
  • Support Homes (EBSH) to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities;
  • Facilitate functional behavioral assessments (FBA)
  • Assist with implementing individualized program plans for residents including but not limited to daily schedules and activities at the residence and in the community.
  • Provide monthly supervision to RBT staff in accordance with compliance standards and requirements set by the BACB.
  • Design, maintain, and implement the individualized behavior support plan (IBSP) based on the FBA report.
  • Provide ongoing training on behavior supports and strategies in the IBSP
  • Collect and analyze behavior data defined in the IBSP
  • Conduct fidelity checklists of interventions and services
  • Collaborate with all team members, service providers and members of the resident.


Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree
  • CA Licensed BCBA Professional
  • Experience with IDD population post BCBA certification
  • Two (2) years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses.
  • Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.
