Director of Related Services

Think Consulting is actively seeking a Director of Related Services to join a transformative educational institution in Baltimore, specializing in supporting students with special needs.

  Mindset in Behavior: Implement proactive, child-centered, and therapeutic approaches to behavior management.

  
  
• 
  

  Clinical Services Oversight: Lead and manage clinical services across day schools, ensuring alignment with educational goals.

  
  
• 
  

  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory agencies, participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes.

  
  
• 
  

  Training & Development: Develop and lead in-service training for clinical staff, including seminars and ongoing support for treatment plans and progress notes.

  
  

• 
  

  Master's degree (minimum) in Mental Health or related field

  
  
• 
  

  LCSW-C or SLP license preferred

  
  
• 
  

  5+ years of experience in administration, supervision, or program management within mental health, social services, or special education.

  
  
• 
  

  Maryland Supervision Certification through the Board of Social Work Examiners required.
