Our customer, in Rochester, NY, is seeking an Agile Coach for a 12+ month long contract. Applicants must work on-site 2 days/wk in Rochester, NY. Candidates must work on a W2 basis. 1099 and Corp to Corp cannot be considered for this role.
As a Senior Agile Coach, you will act as the lead coach for enterprise-level strategic Initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to coach Program and/or Product leaders on creating effective multi-team organizational structures* *using cross-team planning and by deep rooting agile governance processes and value delivery processes. You will act as a role model for the Agile leader mindset and will participate in the advancement of agility across the company. This role requires constant research and experimentation with new and emerging Agile tools and practices. This Coach will be aligned to some Infrastructure teams, so they ideally need someone with Infrastructure and Operations experience in a Microsoft Cloud or AWS environment with incident, service desk, desktop hardware, IT security etc. ITSM experience would also be a plus. Qualified candidates must also have: * 5+ years of Agile Team Coach experience * 2 or more years of experience at the Area Manager level * Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and proactively identify and resolve challenges to achieve desired outcomes * Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead with ambiguity, resolve conflicts constructively, and inspires collaboration across teams and leadership * Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to engage diverse perspectives effectively * Recognized certifications in Agile frameworks (CSPO, ACSM, SPC, RTE or SAFe Agilist certifications) and experiences with enterprise scaling practices *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
