The Director of Project Controls is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of project controls across the US Renewables portfolio. This individual will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in Scheduling, Cost Management, and Labor Compliance from early-stage development through construction, completion, and transition to operations. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Vice President of EPC Business Operations and will focus on utility-scale solar, battery storage, and wind projects throughout the US. The Director of Project Controls must be able and willing to develop robust data systems and reporting to facilitate review of project status across all Controls functions. This role will also interface with cross-functional teams across the entire business unit. Experience/Qualifications/Education Requirements:
Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Work may be occasionally performed in an office environment or in the field. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to travel as needed. |
