Summary

The Marketing Video/Design Support role is part of the marketing team focused on producing high quality audio/video products to include planning, shooting, editing and publishing. Audio and video projects include content that supports education, contract awards, site introduction, employee engagement and more. The position also supports content for social media and marketing materials with graphic design and photography.This entry-level position provides a great opportunity to learn how to brand a company, prepare, execute, and organize the multi-step process of creating Marketing and Communication content while staying within the bounds of our branding guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to creatively storyboard and script an idea that reflects our brand, shoot content, condense significant content into compelling soundbites, and appreciate the subtle impact in an edit: animating a single word, punctuating with the right sound effect, or identifying the perfect music to push a story along

  • Video production of Internal & External projects requiring collaboration to support employee engagement, business development, and company initiatives

  • Content creation and creative support of live events, trade shows, corporate events, long and short format video programs, websites, and social media that reflect a deep understanding of our brand, culture and mission

  • Support the development and execution of our corporate, regional, and business unit communications plans

  • Integral part of a team that engages our employees and customers, as well as their communities

  • Support graphic design needs utilizing the adobe suite for internal and external initiatives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Film and Media Studies, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent discipline

  • 1-3 years' experience video production and editing

  • Exhibit high performance and capability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to operate successfully in a dynamic market environment

  • Customer service oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents

  • Ability to generate effective oral and written presentations and marketing initiatives

  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Preferred Skills

  • Highly proficient in Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects

  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Security Responsibilities

Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  • Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Up to 25% travel is required.
