Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) team at our Wichita, KS headquarters. The IT team is a vital component in KES' strategy to improve business performance through technical innovation and profitable transformation. Our team functions as a startup entity within our enterprise to develop innovative solutions and build a market for their solutions through transforming KES work processes. Our Team As a Business Systems Analyst on the KES Information Technology team, you will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, collaborating with our Commercial and Manufacturing organizations to develop solutions and validate their value through experimentation and scalable deployment. You will aid team members in overcoming obstacles while capturing business requirements, mapping processes, and developing functional and technical specifications. You will coordinate and implement test plans and manage organizational changes, ensuring that the most current technologies and best practices are leveraged for success. Like an employee of a startup, you will need to be resourceful and capable of partnering with key stakeholders, building relationships, and interacting with market solution providers that can accelerate progress of our business objectives.
