Join Macquarie's Commodity and Global Markets, Fixed Income and Currencies Division as a Loan Closing Analyst. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports a portfolio of structured asset backed loans in the direct lending market. You will work directly with originators, structurers, legal and external clients in the deal formation, structuring and approval phase of lending and structured transactions. Sitting on the trading floor, you will be immersed within the day-to-day business operations and have an opportunity to leverage your subject matter expertise in the loans space alongside our originations and structuring teams. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will deliver through a hands-on approach directly supporting the front office, drafting trade documents, scheduling loan closings and repayments. You will have daily interaction with the front office and be responsible for seeing transactions end to end, ensuring deals are booked, documents are drafted and liaising with the back office and clients to ensure transactions are executed and settled on-time. You will also have daily interaction with external clients while you work through the document negotiation and drafting process alongside our legal team.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $125,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
