How you'll make an impact:

As our Sales Marketing Coordinator, AdTech, you will support the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that support our global supply and demand teams. Ideal candidates are deeply interested in the media advertising landscape, tech savvy, and natural storytellers who are ready to support the growth of our revenue organization.

What you'll do:

  • Support the execution and implementation of the sales marketing strategy and plan for global business teams.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Develop relationships with global business leaders to gain an understanding of their region-specific needs and how to best support their teams.
  • Create impactful sales marketing collateral, keynotes, research presentations, and other client facing materials tailored for the global supply and demand teams.
  • Distribute internal newsletter with insights, best practices, success stories, and revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining marketing guidelines across all sales enablement materials and ensure that materials reach their intended audience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Engage sales team to ensure marketing plan, training, and enablement materials meet real-time needs/demands.
  • Collaborate with the broader, global B2B marketing team to identify efficiencies and synergies between our focus areas to support the revenue organization.

What you'll need:

  • Must be a recent graduate from of an accredited HBCU (Within the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2025)
  • A highly effective communicator, written and verbal.
  • Ability to uncover industry trends and concepts.
  • Data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker, results-oriented leader, and passionate about driving innovation.
  • A natural project manager, able to consistently and thoroughly manage complex timelines across multiple teams, contributors, and time zones.
  • The perfect balance between a "team player" and a "self-starter"
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $60,000 to $80,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
