HR Business Partner



The Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for process Improvement and supporting the HRBP community and their leaders across the globe. This role drives efficiency and effectiveness across all HR processes with focus on waste elimination, optimization and use of technology, and shared protocols - ensuring services are delivered in the most efficient and effective way possible. Through continuous evaluation and innovation, this team works to identify opportunities for improvement, standardize best practices globally, and deploy strategies to enhance performance and service delivery of HR operations.

Serves as global resource and subject matter expert to HRBP's, has ownership of recruiting, pre-onboarding, and onboarding experience and process, talent pipeline implementing strategies for ongoing pipeline in advance of business need, including preparing job descriptions and goal setting and planning events, serves as conduit to broader global HR team for recruiting help and collaboration, stays abreast of trends, technologies, and best practices in specific area of expertise, develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and skills within the COE's domain, process improvements resulting in waste elimination and streamline process(s)

People Relationships and Leadership:Reports into COE Manager, Supporting All HRBP's, 1-2 direct reports



Essential Job Functions:



The COE will deliver the following goals to becoming an employer of choice:



  1. Deliver 85%+ CSAT scores with HRBPs and Managers we support, measured annually





  1. Deliver 75% or greater internal promotions on job postings





  1. Deliver 30 days or less time to fille on jobs worked





  • Best Practices & Standards:





  • Identify, develop, implement best practice standards for the COE's area of focus





  • Ensure consistent application of these practices across the organization globally





  • Develop and maintain protocols and documentation





  • Collaboration & Communication:





  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure alignment and integration





  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally





  • Innovation & Improvement:





  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation





  • Lead and support projects to implement new technologies and processes





  • Leadership & Management:





  • Sett strategic direction for the COE





  • Ensure COE aligned with organizational goals





  • Lead and motivate a team, set strategic direction, and manage projects





  • Onboarding:





  • Own Pre-onboarding (background and drug screens, IT new user accounts, I9 verification for US)





  • Coordinate with HRBP's successful Day One of new hire





  • Implement global onboarding process





Required Experience:





  • 5 years HR experience manufacturing environment, PHR required

  • Strong collaborator, written and verbal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels.





  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with business leaders, managers, and people.





  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.





  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding and experience in the specific area of expertise.





  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex information, mentor others, and collaborate with diverse teams.





Travel Requirements





  • Some travel to corporate headquarters, business units locally and internationally
