This role ensures data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies, while supporting employee lifecycles processes from onboarding to separation. This role will is critical in creating and maintaining a healthy work environment for all of our employees. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration). Proficiency using HRIS (Lawson). Knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility with prioritizing duties and responsibilities. Problem solving skills. Data analysis and HR metrics. Teamwork and collaboration. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate new employee onboarding positive experience with a focus on building relationships early in to promote retention of key talent. Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll-related data. Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves of absences, compensation, policies and procedures, payroll. Assist with internal investigations and partner with leadership for appropriate resolutions that are aligned with promoting a positive culture and meeting company objectives. Trend exit interview data and analyze trends for continuous improvement. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Maintain HRIS data integrity, audit records for accuracy including T1 status compliance. Assist with HealthStream learning management system. Promote and maintain healthy and positive workplace. Assist with job description and policy reviews, updates, and maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Graduate/GED required LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: PHR, SHRM preferred EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years of related work experience Benefits:
