The primary responsibilities of the Thread Roll Machine Operator focus on the setup, running, monitoring & troubleshooting of high-volume fastener manufacturing machines/processes such as flat die thread rolling, drill & broach & fillet roll machines within a highly automated aerospace fastener manufacturing line. Applicants should be very hands on with good mechanical aptitude & attention to detail. Prior manufacturing experience in high volume fastener or other tight tolerance manufacturing processes is required. Experience and familiarity with forming processes such as flat die & planetary thread rolling, cold heading and/or other forming/forging processes is highly desired. Applicants should demonstrate strong initiative and basic math skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
