Job Description

Summary

Partner with the Project Team to support the needs of the TIMET Ravenswood greenfield construction site.

Essential Functions

Assist in developing, documenting, and enhancing continuous improvement programs to support the improvement of equipment conditions and delivery metrics.

Help analyze equipment delivery data for establishing and documenting schedule delay issues.

Provides support for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.

Assist with Project Engineering duties.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Maintain necessary records.

Publish communication documents as requested.

Maintain, update, and post project documentation as requested.

Order office supplies.

Other tasks and assignments as required.

Qualifications

Competencies

Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ACCESS, and SAP.

Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines in preparing data and presentations for plant and corporate management.

Ability to deal with vendors and contractors

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding project details

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Special Skills

Must be detail oriented and have excellent communication and computer skills.

Additional Notes

Proof of US citizenship, nationality, and/or permanent resident status in order to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
