Salary: $88,000-$93,000 Position Details: The Compliance Director is responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the compliance team. This position ensures that the organization is adhering to all regulatory requirements, policies, and standards set forth by federal, state, and local laws governing the healthcare industry. The Compliance Director will oversee compliance activities, monitor risk, and implement procedures to minimize regulatory risks, protect patient safety, and ensure ethical business practices.
