Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the sales performance target in North America
  • Developing new clients: mastering market dynamics and competitor activities, continuously developing new clients
  • Maintaining existing clients: identifying client needs, and building good customer relationships
  • Handling daily sales activities: collecting and analyzing business data, delivery management, and accounts receivable collection

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Energy Storage, Lithium Battery, Power, or related industries
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in industries relevant to the North America market
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage related products, with a background in R&D technology preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent sales ability and a deep understanding of the North America BESS market
  • Strong ability to handle pressure and explore new opportunities, and willing to accept new challenges
  • Strong communication skills, with leadership qualities
  • Coordinating R&D, delivery, and other departments to promote project implementation
  • Proficient in English as a working language
