Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support for the Employment Support Program (ESP), ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. The QA is the face of the program and should excel in communication and customer service. The QA is a highly detailed, organized and an energetic self-starter who is able to function both independently and in a team environment. The QA is flexible, works well under pressure and can meet deadlines. The QA is well-versed in inclusion, equity, and culture to support the diverse populations we serve. The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) position in The Employment Support Program (ESP) in North Hills, adheres to the DOR/DMH COOP contract service provision standards. The QA position also supports the privately funded Work Experience (WE) internship program. Requirements:
Position Location: North Hills, CA Position Status: Part-Time (24 hours per week), Tuesday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm (days/hours may vary) Salary Range: $21.77 - $27.90 per hour Penny Lane Centers offers competitive salaries and benefits.
