As a full time, exempt CPSDirector of Rehabilitation with CPSRehabilitation Servicesat Parrish Medical Center,you will lead this department of rehabilitation services. This position provides leadership, management and oversight of theteam of therapists at multiple sites across service lines that includes acute careand outpatient rehabilitation. You will lead this Rehabilitation Services Department with the assistance ofone of the fastest growing and most respected rehab leadership companiesin the industry supporting you in your role and career.Responsibilities include leading the rehab team, managing KPI's with our proprietary financial and management software, completing comprehensive analyses of opportunities, managing marketing and business growth plans for all service lines, and provide clinical skills education to your team. Goals for this position include successful completion of TJC accreditation, marketing and growth of outpatient and inpatient rehab programs, and to create and manage fiscal year budget and growth projections.
Salary range: $105,000-$120,000 based on experience plus bonus potential
Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week Monday - Fridayfrom 8:00am-5:00pm.

This position will have responsibility for multiple locations through the Titusville area
About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy with a minimum of a Bachelors' degree
- Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Must be licensed in good standing as a physical, occupational or speech therapist in the State of Florida
- 5+ years of recent Director of Rehabilitation experience is required, preferably in an inpatient hospital setting
- Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with professional organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff
Hospital Requirements:
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Hepatitis B3 Series or declination
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
- Covid-19 vaccination or weekly testing
