Exemption Status: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Job Description: Supports the strategic and daily operations of Trinity University's Center for International Engagement summer study abroad program in Berlin, Germany. Involves daily oversight of the program in Germany, which includes, but is not limited to: supporting student health and safety, planning academic and cultural activities, and coordinating administrative tasks. Serves as the primary liaison between Trinity University and IES Abroad. Coordinates the Trinity in Germany summer program from May 26 to July 13, 2025. Serves as the primary point of contact for the program between CIE Staff and IES Abroad. Oversees the daily operations of the program. Assists in the on-site orientation while in Berlin. Maintains accurate financial records for reporting purposes. Advises students on travel, cultural expectations, housing, and visa processes. Facilitates pre-departure orientations as needed. Provides health and safety support for students abroad, including emergencies. Assists program faculty with organizing academic and cultural events. Monitors travel advisories, coordinate emergency response protocols, and liaise with Trinity University Risk Management and the CIE Staff. Ensures compliance with institutional policies and federal guidelines for international travel.
